NG-RAN基于由UE通过RRC提供的Temp ID或NSSAI选择AMF，如TS 38.410 [16]所指定。在RRC协议中使用的机制在下一条款中描述。[TS 388.300 16.3.2.1]

NG-RAN selects AMF based on a Temp ID or NSSAI provided by the UE over RRC as specified in TS 38.410 [16]. The mechanisms used in the RRC protocol are described in the next clause.[TS 388.300 16.3.2.1
