Job Description:
1.
Provide technical support to customer within area of assigned responsibility, trouble shooting SW, HW problems 2.
Provide technical support to customer emergency service affecting 24*7 3.
Provide on-site technical support to customer per business requirement. 4.
Provide technical training to customer & internal organizations within area of assigned responsibility 5.
