System Design Engineer
Roles　and　Responsibilities:
*　To　be　responsible　for　customer　requirement　analysis,　system　
   design of　alternative　solutions,　specifying　development　strategy;
*　To　support　marketing　&　sales　activities,　participate　in　customer　
   negotiations　and　act　as　operational　product　management　for　
   developed　solutions;
*　To　coordinate　activities　during　system　development,　testing,　
   implementation,　integration　and　verification;
*　To　secure　the　functionality　and　the　quality　of　deliveries　in　
   customer　projects;
*　To　participate　and　contribute　to　knowledge　sharing　with　other　
   system　engineers　around　group　global　organization;

Requirements:
*　Bachelor　degree　in　information　and　communications　technology　or　
   related　disciplines　and　at　least　3　years　experience　in　
   telecom/internet　industry;
*　Excellent　knowledge　of　mobile　data　services　technology　and　
   communications　technology;
*　Good　understanding　of　operator　business;
*　Good　understanding　of　the　SDLC　(Software　Development　Life　
   Cycle);
*　Consultative　behavior,　business　minded　and　strong　team　spirit;
*　Excellent　interpersonal　and　customer　management　skills;
*　Knowledge　or　specifications　of　standardization　bodies　and　industry　
   forums(such　as3GPP,IETF,OMA,WAP　Forum　etc.)　preferred;
*　Knowledge　of　Solaris,　Oracle　database,　Veritas,　JAVA,　xHTML　
   preferred;
*　Fluent　in　written　and　oral　English　communications;
