在对应的APN视图下打开PCC开关。
apn huawei
……
pcc-switch enable reporting-level-default rg metering-method-default volume
user-profile-group-binding upg_huawei
如上，在APN视图上不仅要绑定user-profile-group,而且要设置pcc-switch enable。
