PCH和BCH在MAC层做的处理疑问

在36.321里面有简单的一句话，说是对PCH和BCH尝试进行decode，如果正确向上传输 我的问题是： 1. MAC对PCH和BCH做什么decode? CRC应该是物理层做的吧？ 2. 如果decode不正确，MAC是直接抛弃了吗？还是需要做一些处理？需要对上下层进行通知吗？ 36.321也没有说明，所以比较迷糊，先谢谢各位了！

PBCH可以多个 burst合并（40ms周期内发送4次），其实。36.321中对BCH接收失败时未做规定。
When the UE needs to receive BCH, the UE shall:
- receive and attempt to decode the BCH;
- if a TB on the BCH has been successfully decoded:
- deliver the decoded MAC PDU to upper layers.
