下行资源分配时，一个用户分配了多个RB，这多个RB的映射顺序是如何确定的？
有两种可能：
1，先映射完slot0中的RB，再映射slot1中的RB
2，根据 VRB对 进行映射， 先映射slot0和slot1的第1个RB对，再映射映射slot0和slot1的第2个RB对，以此类推...
协议中36.211的6.3.5节说得很模糊，究竟哪种理解是对的？？
你拷的36.211下面这段协议写的很清楚了，是先在所有分配的RB组成的频域k按递增映射，注意下面的physical resource blocks的block是复数，加了S，所以表示所有分配RB.
